As you can see a valuation calculator cannot address all of these factors, only an experienced business broker can help you determine the right price to sell your practice.
Financing
We will help you get all your documents ready to present to lenders to see if your practice is qualified to be bought with part of it being financed. We have long term relationship with several lenders that specialize in business loans. We will also discuss the possibility of seller financing. Done right it could fetch you a higher selling price and generate steady income over a few years. However we know that seller financing is not an option for some sellers. We also help the buyers with their loan application and business plan if required.
Lease
If your practice has a lease, we will help the buyer with their lease application and negotiations with the landlord or its property manager. Without our help and guidance a lease application may be denied, what a tragedy that would be for you and the buyer. Experience does count.
Marketing
We will post your practice on all the major practice for sale websites. In addition we are members of California Association of Business Brokers and International Business Brokers Association. We have sold many businesses in one day. However it could take a few weeks to a few months depending on type of practice and demand for it.
Closing the Sale
Finally we will help you with the buyer's due diligence phase of verifying what was represented to them. Guiding you and the buyer through the escrow process and transfer of licenses and permits. Finally congratulating both of you once everything is done. It is very satisfying to see the seller and buyer be extremely happy with the transaction. It's a win win for everyone.
